How Can I Register to The Site?
Click on the avatar icon at the top right of our site. Then, you can reach the registration page by following the Create New Account button. You can register with Facebook and Google on the screen that greets you. Alternatively, you can create B2B and B2C users using the Register tab. In both cases, you will be called by our customer representative. Please note that if you register with Facebook or Google, we cannot access your phone number. Therefore, we can only get back to you by e-mail. Don’t forget that you can also reach us via the live support button after registering.
How Can I View B2B and B2C Prices?
Users who are members of our site see B2C prices by default. In order to see B2B prices, you must register as a B2B customer during registration. Our customer representative will contact you and configure your account to see B2B prices.
How Can I Create a Shopping Cart?
You can create a product basket by following common shopping methods. You can create a shopping cart by using the add to cart button on the product pages. For B2B users, the “Add to Quote Request” button will appear instead of the add to cart button.
What Are the Shopping Minimum Limits?
Our minimum shopping cart amount for B2B Shopping is 150000€.
Our minimum shopping cart amount for B2C VIP Shopping is 40000€.
Our minimum shopping cart amount for B2C Shopping is 4000€.
Our payment options are cash in store and bank transfer. The in-store cash payment option is only available in Ivory Coast.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
If you need to change something your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

What Happens If I Miss My Payment Date?
If the payment date is late, the ship appointment cancellation fee will be reflected to you, if additional storage and warehouse expenses are charged for each day.
